Caitlin Whiteman is an experienced writer, editor and content designer with a particular interest in applying plain language principles to complex and technical content to make information easier to find, understand and use. Caitlin has contributed to Clarity, the international journal on plain language and the law; written on the cognitive psychology of plain language; developed plain language training; and been a repeat judge in the WriteMark Plain Language Awards. Recently, much of Caitlin’s work has been in content strategy and content design.
Jason Gray has been a writer and editor for 25 years, with extensive experience in instructional design, writing, developmental editing, substantive editing and copyediting. Most of his work has involved collaborating with subject-matter experts and creative professionals to develop and produce high-quality content spanning fields such as chemistry, psychology, education, accounting and law. He comes to us from a recent position as Managing Editor in the Higher Education Unit with educational publisher John Wiley & Sons.
